Account hacked

My Question or Issue

Hello, it seems that my account has been hacked. I realised on a number of occasions that my account was in use by another user. It seems that a Playstation4 has been connected. Sometims I listen to my playlist and suddenly some stragen music appears..I have changed my password again and again- that does not help. I do not want to set up a new account. Has anyone an idea how I can protect myself and can get rid of the unwanted visitor? Thx
