App keeps logging me out.

My Question or Issue

Every time I leave the app it logs me out. When I open the app again it says my username and password don’t match. When I put my password and username in it logs me in until the next time I leave the app.

i have restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked so far.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by follow these steps and installing the latest iOS version, iOS 12.1.3 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
