Shuffle doesn’t work and goes to song radio

My Question or Issue

If I select a specific song in my playlist and then press shuffle it doesn’t shuffle the rest of the playlist it just goes to song radio. It used to shuffle the rest of the playlist after playing one specific song now it doesn’t.
