My Question or Issue

So I figured out how to make a playlist using the spotify app on my computer desktop. I'm trying to create a playlist that I can then access using my phone from when I'm outside the house. Is there anyway to upload my playlist to the cloud and then have it be available via spotify elsewhere? I put the files in a folder and connected the app to the folder using the local files trick. It works fine on my PC, but I can't get the files to play on my phone. I can find the playlist, but when I click it, nothing happens.
