Premium user, using Spotify for iPod version 8.4.62.490

iPod Touch (older edition)

Spotify keeps crashing when iPod is plugged into Macbook and I am trying to sync.

Hope you're doing great!

If you're doing this from the app, could you try a clean reinstall? If that doesn't help, please let me know your device name, operating system, and app version.

If you're doing this from the browser, could you try syncing using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please let me know what action did you take before the website crashed, etc.
