      <title>Apple CarPlay issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country:US&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;iPhone 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System: iOS 12.1.4&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My 2017 Audi A4 has Apple CarPlay. A few times a week, when attempting to use the CarPlay interface to start Spotify, the app shows three tabs, but never populates the data. I also get the error:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unable to connect to “(null)”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The app will not work unless I unplug the cable and reconnect the phone. Sometimes it takes 5 or more times before the app will populate the data. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is interesting is that Spotify will continue to play music from my playlist and let me advance songs, even though the app shows blank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is has been going on for over a year but I was too lazy to submit this until today. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
