Shuffle keeps turning off!!!

My Question or Issue

I only listen to my playlists on shuffle and repeat, but these settings are constantly turning off automatically. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, exiting and opening it again, but it still continues to happen. It’s almost like it’s random. I can’t seem to purposely recreate it, but it happens a lot. If it helps, I always listen either on a Bluetooth speaker, my car, or my AirPods.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by following these steps.

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.2 and using the Remove Offline Devices and Sign Out Everywhere options from your Spotify account page 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
