My Question or Issue

question- i like my music a certain way so i use the custom equalizer settings to make my own pattern. However, everytime I exit the app and i stsrt playing my music again, i hear a huge different in the quality of music. So i go back to equalizer settings and see the pattern is the same (just how i like it) but i have to physically touch each little dot again and move it to my preffered spot in order to hear my music in the way i like it again. I deleter/redownloaded, restarted my phone but nothing helps. This started a week ago and i never had this problem before. So everytime i exit the app i have to readjust my custom equalizer settings. How can i save those settings?
