Can Only Shuffle Play

My Question or Issue

I was trying to play a playlist and then an album and it doesn’t have the “PLAY” button anymore, just the “SHUFFLE PLAY” button. Is this a new feature or is it just me? I am on Premium and I know on Free you can only shuffle play.

If this is a new feature it seems redundant since I can tap the shuffle icon on the now playing screen or tap the “...” and then tap shuffle.

Update: previously, when I clicked Next on a track, it went to a random artist on a different album. Like a radio station.

Now it goes to the next track on the current album.
