Stranger things mode

I am trying to use the stranger things mode and nothing is working! My phone is updated and my Spotify is updated as well! I have tried restarting the app and restarting the phone and nothing! I have tried to official stranger things playlist and other playlist as well and I still can not get the stranger things mode activated! What can I do?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I actually restarted my device several times and it still didn’t work. Although I have not tried to reinstall the app. So I will give that a try. Thank you!
