Equalizer does not work after opening app

My Question or Issue

When I quit the app and open it again later the equalizer does not kick in. I have to go to the settings turn off equalizer and back on then it starts working. I have restarted my phone it didn’t fix the issue.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Could you also try updating to iOS 12.2 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I have restarted my device and updates to iOS 12.2. Also reinstalled Spotify version 8.5.2. I still have to turn off then turn on the equalizer to work
