Offline Album Tracklists Do Not Load

For the last few weeks I have not been able to listen to my offline albums when I have no Internet connection (e. g. on the train / plane). All I get is a black screen (ref. attached screenshot) which makes me think it is trying and obviously failing to pull the tracks / view from the internet which it should not even be doing since I made those albums available for offline listening. Playlists work fine!

I have already deleted and reinstalled the app. Logged out and rebooted etc. nothing helps.

Hey @MaNuPF and welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try while being offline if they do load?

Also, try using a different network connection and probably resetting your network settings by going into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Make usre you've installed iOS 12.2 and Spotify version 8.5.51

Nope! But the issue seems to appear when you only have edge or bad service. Looks like it is trying to pull something from the internet. As soon as I enable airplane mode to be completely offline. The tracklist apears immediately

Still happening again. With every update I expect it to be fixed but NOPE.

the only way for the albums to appear is putting the phone into airplane mode for a moment
