Music stops playing after 20 seconds

Country Spain

Device iPhone Xs

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

iOS 12.2

My Question or Issue

It started this evening. Any song I choose whether it’s a downloaded one or not it stops after 20 second. When I tap the play key it plays again for another 20 seconds and so on.

Hey @SpotyRalf, I'll be happy to help!

It seems like you're on iOS 12.2. The latest iOS version is iOS 12.3.1. I'd recommend updating your device to the latest version, and let me know if the same issue happens.

You should be able to update your device by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

Thanks for the good hint. Since I did the update to 12.3.1 it works again without interuption.
