No Auto-Pause

My Question or Issue

When going on other apps and watching videos and things (such as Snapchat or Instagram), my music doesn't auto pause. Is this normal? I had auto pause when I had spotify on my Samsung Galaxy S7.

Hey @ndaley5769, I'll be happy to help.

I've checked on my end, and this is the same case for me as well when I open the Instagram app and listen to a video. To make sure your music doesn't get interrupted when you're watching/listening to another app, such as Snapchat or Instagram - pause the music on Spotify before watching your content. This shouldn't be the case on other apps, as the music should pause automatically.
