Weird interface on IPad

Hello, i don’t understand why is Spotify changed my interface.

It’s been a while now, and i’m not very comfortable with the new one.

It used to be like this : (image from google, not mine)

Now it’s like this :

The thing is that it constantly switches between the first and the second one (like one week ago it was the normal interface, and now it switches to the other one), and i just don’t understand why. Can someone explain ?

Hope you are doing great!

At Spotify, possible improvements and new features are often being tested. This means you might see something on the app your friend doesn't, or get a brand new feature for only a temporary period.

Things tested could include the next generation of security protection, or new ways to listen. It's also a way for Spotify to introduce new features, and fine-tune the app to be compatible with specific devices.

Now the NPV (Now Playing View) should look like the second screenshot you attached. If it does switch to the first one consider a clean reinstall of the app to see if that helps 🙂
