Hello

Can i Remove Spotify from my lock screen without closing the app?

If i forget to close it, Spotify is allways on my lock screen

Hey @Steffankammeyer, I'll be happy to help.

When you first leave the Spotify app - it is still open. When you close the app (double press the home button and slide up on the app) that's when you won't see it from the Lock Screen.

Could you also let me know your device name, and iOS version?

Hey @Steffankammeyer.

Could you make sure that Background App Refresh is turned off by going to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and turn off Background App Refresh?

Also, when you first leave the Spotify app - you'll still see the music on the lock screen in case you change your mind and want to play shortly. After a while, it should close by itself after inactivity.
