My Question or Issue I

I was in my car today, listening to playlists that I’ve made for Offline Play, some songs will play but the majority of them will not although, one playlist will play all the way through (my Country mix) but the rest i am having a problem with. When i got home to wifi, the songs that wouldn’t play in the car played no problem but then I would turn my wifi off again and the same problem would happen. All my downloads are marked green with no grey on it & I have even tried turning in Offline Mode. Hope someone can help me out! Thanks
