Playlist Folder sync on iOS

My Question or Issue

The Playlist Folders created on the desktop app won't sync with my iOS device quite right. In the playlist section of my iPhone I can see the names of the folders without any content inside. Is it a glitch on my device or is this the way you synchronise between devices. It can't be too hard to sync the playlists inside the folders.

I found this thread that might help: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Playlists-not-syncing-between-devices/td-p/380278. The solution there is to put both your phone and desktop apps in offline mode for a few minutes, then bring them back online and they should sync. Let me know if this doesn't work.
