Thanks! Should it work rightaway? There seems to be no difference on one of my iPhones. It tries to sync but stops before the first song is completed. I'am using spotify-app 0.5.9.10, iOS 6.0.1 on an iPhone 4. Really hope you can help me out here.

Hi Relrey - I've just moved your post into a new thread. That way we can troubleshoot here without clogging up the thread to reset offline devices.

So your account looks good on our end. Have you tried a quick sign out / sign in? If you're still having trouble it's worth a clean reinstallation.

Hi Meredith,

I tried several things on both iPhones: logging out/logging in, restarting the phone, the clean reinstallation you suggested. Unfortunately all to no avail. It's the strangest thing, on my iPhone 3 (using Spotify-app 0.5.9.10, iOS 5.1.1) everything is working perfectly. Do you have any more suggestions how I could solve this?
