Premium not working

Hello,

I got spotify premium for a year from my dad this christmas and it worked just fine until I got my new iphone 5. Now I can't use spotify on my phone ("Spotify Premium is required for on-demand mobile streaming. It's free to stream on desktop.") and my macintosh keep bombing me with advertising.

This is driving me crazy and I don't know how to fix it. Can someone please help me?

Hey 🙂

You should not be getting any advertisements if you are logged into your Premium account, so it sounds like you have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account.

Try logging out and make sure you are logging into your account using the correct details which you where logged in with when redeemed your premium code.

If you are still having issues, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and in private they will be able to track your account down and assist you further.
