iOS 13 beta cellular issue

Hello. I have an iPhone XSMax running iOS 13 Beta 3. While traveling overseas last week I shut off spotify for cellular data, and now I cannot turn it back on. I turn it on, go into the spotify app and it still says "offline". When I return to cellular settings on the iPhone spotify is greyed out again for cellular data. This works fine in every other app, so I'm thinking it is a spotify issue. Anyone else seeing this?

Hey @sk7575, thank you for reaching out to the Community!

The only thing you could try is a clean reinstall of the Spotify app.

hen it comes to beta software, keep in mind that it is not a final version and you may run into some unexpected behavior. If you do, I'd be best to report it using Feedback Assistant, and revert to a public release of the software (current, iOS 12.3.1).

Not at all helpful 🙂 Of course I tried reinstalling the app. Spotify isn't a sparsely used app. It is spotify! It should be working just fine with beta releases of iOS and Android. Facebook and dozens of other apps that I have work just fine:)

Could you try some thorough reinstallation steps here?

If that doesn't help, Spotify can't promise full compatibility unfortunately - so I hope this works!
