Song won’t play

Hi I have Spotify premium for iOS, an iPhone X to be exact and I’ve had an ongoing problem for awhile. Sometimes I like to revert back to the oldies, every time I try to search Can’t take my eyes off you by Frankie Valli, it won’t pop up so I have to find the album it’s in (the very best of Frankie valli and the 4 seasons) and the song is in the album. But now when I press on it to play nothing happens. It’s not greyed out or anything. It won’t show as playing or anything. It’s like there’s a shortcut to a file but it’s not linked to any file so it can’t do anything. Please help I’ve had this problem across multiple phones for the past year.
