Premium doesn’t play

I recently got premium a few day ago for my iPhone 6, when offline some songs weather it’s a on shuffle or chosen they just stay at 0:00. Someone had this problem previously the solution given was to reinstall and download songs did that and didn’t work. Please help

Could you let me know your subscription status here? Also, could you try enabling Airplane Mode and see if that enables you to play the songs offline?

Hey!

Yes, my subscription status is Premium. Also, I tried that but it didn't work only some songs play. My device is an Iphone 6 with IOS version of 12.4.

Could you try removing your Offline devices from this page, then doing a reinstallation?
