I thought it was just the slow connection so I turned off the offline mode before turning it on again to see if that would work. But now none of my tracks are available offline. I've just got back to Sydney and tried to sync it with the Spotify on my Mac but that doesn't work either. Now, my available offline mode doesn't work AT ALL. Nothing I do (restarting, logging out, adding new tracks to the offline playlist) works. Can someone please help me fix this.
