Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If possible could you try this from another iOS device to see if the same things happens?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

I've reinstalled the app and it's made it worse, the problem track is still there and I now cannot add tracks to "don't play this again" at all, only hide them from specific playlists.

The device is showing up in settings as "(this) iPhone XR".
