Daily Mix issue still unsolved!

My Question or Issue

This ongoing issue has kept me

frustrated for quite some time.

daily mix is or I should say WAS

my favorit feature in spotify.

unfortunatly in recent months

it will NOT update on my iphone app

not weekly, not monthly, certainly not daily.

all this while my ipad app has it updating

constantly, but its my phone app I’m using

the most. I always wait for a new update

hoping this will be the one to fix this

but it never does. please fix the iphone app

so that daily mix updates as it should, DAILY.

It was fixed for me after contacting Spotify here: https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/ but it took some time. I also tried Twitter and Facebook, but they didn't resolve it there.

It's disappointing that it's still not fixed for other people.

there are a few more of these threads btw

not as succesful.

@4loh7509 any idea what steps they took

for it to get fixed? I’ve been in contact

with them for a few days now

and all they did so far is give

me a couple of test accounts to try out

wich seem to updatedaily mix lists

this is really ruining my spotify expirience

I was seriously thinking about switching

to premium because I really like the

app, but idk now... probably won’t

if this says an issue.

deezer has flow mode,

spotify has daily mixes

so if they’re not working, I mean what’s the point...

They asked me to log in to a test account too.

Unfortunatelly, I have no idea what they did to fix Daily Mixes for me.

I was chating with someone for quite some time, they were suggesting different solutions but nothing was working. They said they're in contact with a specialist and are waiting for a report. The specialist determined that is needs to be looked into and they escalated the issue to a specialty department. They also asked for my email for a future contact.

A few hours later I got an email with a response form Spotify support asking if I could confirm that my Daily Mixes are updated and it was fixed for me.
