My Question or Issue

why does my bluetooth crack when using Spotify it has only started doing this? The bass has gone really loud and the music is not very clear. I have never had this issue before. I have tried different Bluetooth devices and it still the same when playing through Spotify.

anybody else having this issue? Really annoying me as the music is not clear at all.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also suggest looking at your audio settings. Learn more here.

Make sure to have the latest iOS and Spotify versions installed.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
