My Question or Issue

i find it very time consuming and frustrating With the amount of time it takes for me to play music from my music libraby

i have many playlists which appear in the order I saved them

my playliats should appear in my library by how often I listen to them. I'm constantly scrolling though a huge list to find what I want

it would also give me idea what music I don't listen to anymore so I can delete the play list and save phone space

moreover, my albums should probably do this also

Hey @dereksb3, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

That option is available, and a few others as well. Just swipe down while in Your Library > Playlists to use that sorting option. Note that swiping down and getting those options is avialable in Albums, Artists sections and within playlists as well.

I'd suggest taking a look at this article to learn about the changes to Your Library.

Moreover, in Home you get the Recently Played section that allows you to easily pick up from your recent plays.

Don't worry about your playlists as they won't take space on your phone as long as you have not downloaded them for offline listening. Check this Spotify Answer for more if you want to free up some space.
