Playlists are GONE

I went to play some of my music from playlists that I've painstakingly created and they are ALL GONE!!!!! I'm a Premium Member who is paid current so I'm not sure where the disconnect took place or why this happened but I need them Back! HELP

Could it be possible that you have an alternate account? Maybe your original account was accessed by using Facebook or a different log in altogether?

My playlists are also gone and have been for about 2 weeks. I've tried the contact form, no reply. I accidently disconnected my account from my Facebook and everything went away. I uninstalled and reinstalled, linked back to Facebook and now spotify is acting like I'm a new user, even though the website remembered all of my account information. So I know it didn't delete my account. Please HELP. Going 2 weeks without your playlists drives one crazy.
