Let's try to find a solution, first of all, is that problem only happening with Spotify?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If it's only happening with Spotify I would recommend either a&nbsp;<A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">quick reinstall</A>&nbsp;or a&nbsp;<A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener">clean reinstall</A>&nbsp;of the Spotify app.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Please, let me know if you follow these steps but you still have issues with the volume.
