Spotify on iPhone 6 doesn't start

My Question or Issue

Whenever I tap on Spotify, it doesn't open.

And I mean it, there's no crash it seems.

The app doesn't even start, the icon seems to gray out a little, so it registered a hit, but nothing happens.

It just happened one day a few weeks ago, and hasn't worked since.

There was no update that occured, or at least none I'm aware of.

I deleted the app and every data attached to it.

When I reinstalled, it even said it would install a version that works on this version of iOS, but it's still the same.

Does anyone know how to fix this, I'm absolutely desperate.
