Premium not working offline

I have the premium plan and been using spotify normally.

Now though it’s having a problem that even though I have all my songs saved and downloaded, when the internet is turned off the songs won’t play.

Ive already updated the app and restarted my phone, yet nothing changed and it still doesn’t work.

Just to confirm, it'd be great if you'd double-check that the Offline Mode is activated on your phone.

To do so:

Tap Home
Tap Settings
Tap Playback
Switch Offline on in case it's off

Yes I have tried setting on offline mode.
There’s one song that I’ve downloaded lately that plays and two that plays
just the first 20 seconds or so and then stops.
I tried setting on offline mode as you told me and restarting the phone
even, yet nothing works.
