My Question or Issue

When adding a song to a playlist where it already exists, I do not get the Duplicate Song modal unless I’m on WiFi. The playlist title and info simply fades out a little and freezes there, and I can only use the Cancel button at the top left.

After more testing, it looks like this issue is specific to when my phone is connected to CarPlay.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hey Loxer,

I had restarted my phone but hadn’t reinstalled the app. Tried that and the issue persists.

iOS 13.3 iPhone 11 Pro

Spotify 8.5.41.669

It’s not a huge issue just a little annoying, but hoped there was an easy fix. I appreciate you looking into it.
