I know this must be addressed elsewhere but I can't find it. I have multiple bluetooth speakers throughout the house. But Spotify will only allow me to select one bluetooth device at a time. There has to be a way to play it on all of them...

Unfortunately, Spotify does not have account which allow a user to play their one Premium account across multiple devices at the same time.
