Hey guys,I would like to disconnect my acounts but, I Iost the device that I had them on, also I dont't remember any username , any email address or their passwords. I asked the spotify stuff for help, but then they told me to search their webpage for answers or come here

Could you try finding your account following these steps? You can also search the term 'Spotify' in your email inbox to see if a past email from Spotify pops up. If it does, then try using that email address to reset your password here.
