Podcast function Mac and Iphone app

Don't now where I put this question because it's the Spotify app on my Iphone and the App on my Mac. I use the podcast function in Spotify on my iPhone and in the app on my Mac. But why are the new podcast episodes in my Mac app so bad to find and on my Iphone under new podcast episodes on the frontpage? I don't see that in my Mac app. Besides that Spotify also has no push notification (still not) that is very inconvenient. Any idea when Spotify is going to work on their podcast part of the apps?
