Downloaded playlist doesnt work offline (help!)

My Question or Issue

My downloaded playlist doesnt load offline unless i get internet connection then it loads then it plays music offline perfectly. note: (this issue is only on a specific playlist my other downloaded playlist works)

What i tried: deleted the cache

re-downloaded the songs

re installed the app

restarted the phone

Hello! Sorry to hear you're having issues!

I'm assuming the "zongs" playlist is the one you're referring to, and if that's the case then I don't think the playlist is downloading correctly. Typically, if a playlist is fully downloaded, the arrow that currently appears with a grey outline for you shows as green. Have you checked to see if your device has enough storage? Sometimes that can prevent a download from finishing, which would prevent you from listening to the music offline.

i have enough storage + when i connect to the internet the playlist is fully loaded and the download arrow is green, but if i exit the app and relaunch it offline it wont load until i connect to the internet then it would be able to play offline
