My Question or Issue

So I recently started using Spotify to find some good music without downloading it - however, I'm Bluetoothing to a speaker (UE Boom 2, no settings, no issues there), and it's increasing the volume randomly - Enable Audio Normalization is off, and I've restarted the app and the phone - and when it happens, I pause and resume, and it resets the audio back to normal - it's really weird!

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 13.3.1 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
