My Question or Issue

Hi, I’m part of a Mini owners club with over 2000 Mini Cooper owners. And we all are very sad that Spotify has broken the ability to skip songs via the steering wheel. It was possible some years ago but it’s broken now.

Steering controls works fine with all other apps except Spotify.

And by googling I have figures that it is an international issue.

What is going on? Why hasn’t this issue at all being prioritized?

Same issue in my 2017 BMW 1 Series.

Makes a lot of sense. The BMW iDrive and Mini Connected is pretty much the same behind the scenes!
