My Question or Issue

My Spotify is glitching, a lot. It won’t even play an entire song without switching to another. And when it does, it flips though maybe 5 songs before it settles- plays 20 seconds - then it flips though another 5 songs.

I’ve tried re-installing Spotify, but it doesn’t help. I have a video that shows what happens, but this website doesn’t support the format I’ve filmed in.

Any suggestions?

Could you try another thorough clean reinstall of the app following these steps?

If that doesn't help, can you let me know what iPhone model this is happening on, and the iOS version you're running? You can find this by going to Settings > General > About.

To get a better look at this, send me a screen recording of what happens when you're using the app (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).
