Now playing button not working

Has anyone had this problem? Usually it goes to current song playing but now for some reason when I hit the button it doesn't do anything so I can't see what's playing or pause/restart the song. Help! I have an iPhone if that helps. Thanks

Maybe try signing out of and reinstalling the Spotify app! It might be a glitch of some sort.

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community!

In case you'd like to try reinstalling the app as @aeoqua suggested above, we'd recommend following the steps in this Spotify Answer for a thorough reinstallation, as this usually does the trick.

If you're still having troubles after that, it'd be helpful if you could include a screenshot of how the app looks for you as well as your current Spotify version.
