Music keeps pausing by itself

My Question or Issue

Hello, it’s been a few days that my music pauses by itself while I’m listening to it. I’ve already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, and I thought the problem was solved, but then it started happening again. It keeps on happening both with the WiFi and the mobile connection.

What shall I do to avoid this annoying issue?

Hi,

does this happen even if you don’t have any headphones connected? Also, if you do not use the phone - does it still happen?

Yes, it happens with my AirPods on and when I’m not using the phone.

Thanks for posting your reply to @Fishtaco.

Along the lines of what you've discussed, would you mind checking your Spotify account is not open on another device (e.g. your laptop) while you have it open and are using it with your iPhone? The account being simultaneously open on two different devices might cause what you've experienced.

I confirm my Spotify is not open on other devices when this happens.
