My Question or Issue

I didnt know that syncing your local files was an option until I looked it up today. So I went ahead and tried to do it, and was met with a message on my phone saying

now being that I could not figure out how this was supposed to work, I went ahead and contacted support to try and figure out how to correctly sync to my phone. I was met with this.

The fact that a prompt shows up telling me how to sync when the feature has been removed is slightly annoying, as I spent like 30 minutes trying to figure out how to sync only to be met with this. Also upon further googling i couldn't find anything that actually says the feature has been removed. For something like this I would have assumed maybe a post would show up saying "oh the feature to sync has been removed." but I found nothing. My only gripe is that the prompt shows up but the feature cant be used. Just remove the popup.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, you should still be able to sync up any local files that you have on your computer to your phone.

You can take a look at this page to see how to do that.

The page that you linked me doesnt help, because I follow the steps, have everything how its supposed to be, and then I press download and nothing happens. It still pops up with the "sync song to this iphone" menu.
