My Question or Issue

I stared to listen to music recently and I use AirPods (don’t know if that helps) to listen to music. This problem never happened before until this problem started two weeks ago where I listen to music and the app crashes and restarts that song I’m listening to the beginning. I have restarted my phone for a while and that helped but the problems kept appearing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and the problems are back. If this also helps it happens in the afternoon and towards the night, the mornings are fine.

Would you mind double-checking your Spotify app is on the latest version? To do so:

Open the App Store.
Tap Updates in the bottom right.
Find Spotify, and tap UPDATE.

Tip: If Spotify isn’t listed here, your app is on the latest version.

Also, would you mind having your phone "forget" or disconnect from the AirPods and then re-establishing the connection before opening Spotify again?
