Ford Sync - Navigate Playlists

When using Spotify with bluetooth connection in my car that has Ford Sync 3.3, I'm not able to navigate playlists, only the current song is displayed.

When using Apple Music, I'm able to search for a playlist directly within the Ford Sync menus. When using Spotify, I need to talk to Siri to access a playlist, and it's rarely a success...

My question is:

- Is this even possible to do that with Spotify and Bluetooth connection? (navigate playlists)

- If so, on what side is the trouble: Ford Sync or Spotify?

I love Spotify, but having to use it only using Carplay (wired) is a deal breaker.

Spotify used to support having an app in sync 3 so you could have all the functions. They took this away a couple years ago.

If an admin could please link to submit feedback or request features I and I'm sure many others would like to suggest this feature added again.
