Controlling volume in iOS device

Hi.

New here.

I'm using my iPhone to control Spotify in my A/V Processor with it's Spotify build in option.

How can I disable iPhone volume adjustment and only use my Processor's volume ?

Thanks.

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

I believe useful info regarding the Spotify Connect feature can be found on this support page.

If you're controlling external devices with your phone, volume should be accessible through both of the devices.

You can also check out your "Playback" settings page on your device while connected to see if you can disable on of them.

If you're using the desktop app, volume should be adjustable through the computer's volume mixer.
