My Question or Issue

One of my favorite songs, discovered thanks to Spotifys recommandation, is simply no longer available on the mobile device. Irritatingly, it still shows up in the desktop app. It‘s no local file, and it‘s not a sync issue.

Could you ask a friend using Spotify in the same country to check out if the content you're looking for appears for them across both devices ?

If you could send a link to the song or mention its name it would be great.

This way i can check it out on my personal account as well.

BTW: I just checked on a different desktop device with my own user account, where the song at least appears in my playlist, but is greyed out and therefore not available. Strange?!

Could it be that I once downloaded the song on my other desktop computer (which I cannot remember for certainty) so that it's still accessible on this particular device, whereas in the meanwhile the song was made unavailable for streaming due to copyright issues so the rest of the world (including my other devices) cannot access it anymore?

I searched for the same track on my account and it isn't available for me.

However, content varies between countries, that the reason behind me asking to check it across other accounts in the same country.
