My Question or Issue

Every other track playing on Sonos (and via Sonos app) pauses for 5 seconds. Is there a fix? I am a brand new customer btw.

Could you try restarting your phone and your speaker to see if that makes any difference for you?

It's also a good idea to perform a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here and making sure that your Sonos has the latest firmware installed.

Keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards.
