My Question or Issue

i’ve downgraded from premium to free and now i have 0 liked songs and albums. all of my followed artists seem to have disappeared. all of the playlists i’ve made on my own are still there but empty. i tried to recover deleted playlists and it says that i haven’t deleted any. can anyone help?

If your saved artists and playlist contents suddenly disappeared you might need to get the latest version of the Spotify mobile app. The best way to do this is by performing a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app on your iPhone. Check out this help page in order to find the steps for clean reinstall on the affected device. Once you’ve performed the clean reinstall you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts.

In case this doesn't do the trick for you, try logging in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.
