My Question or Issue

My app keeps crashing over and over again

only can launch when I turn on airplane mode

tried resetting all settings and resetting network settings but nothing seems to work!
On my old iPhone on 13.5.1 worked perfectly fine

App crashes on startup

iPhone 8 / iOS 13.5.1 (up-to-date)

app version 8.5.66 (up-to-date?)

app worked yesterday; crashes started today 2020-07-10 ~6:30AM Eastern Time

tried hard reset of iPhone and re-installation of app; still crashing

app launches in Airplane Mode (goes to login screen) but crashes as soon as Airplane Mode is turned off

Help's here!

We're currently looking into what's causing the Spotify app to crash at startup on iOS devices and only work when in airplane mode. You can take a look at this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
